When I run I feel the dreams I silence,

My heart beats fast and they come with sirens,

You are like this they say, we won’t let go,

Let yourself open and know the things you know,

You are not wrong, you are ruled by fear,

Don’t fake your smiles, but offer up your tears,

This body in wind is ripe for new space,

Darling, run alone, and step into grace.

In acceptance, love pulses like an alarm,

Tears of fear and loss fall like sacred balm,

Inside me, an emerging ancient beam,

Made of one bright indestructible dream,

In peace I see everywhere is healing,

In a sacred call from the stadium of being.
